Cancellation policy

- Booking with 5 rooms below:

If notification of cancellation is received >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but 5% of the refund value or USD 10, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of 10% of the refund value or USD 15, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of one night's accommodation (if your booking was for only 1 night then full amount will be charged)

- Booking with 5 rooms above, cancel within 72 hours or no-show, it will be charged 1 night.

- Booking with group below 20 rooms:

Cancellation before 21 days: no charge

Cancellation after 21 days: 50% total room charge.

Cancellation after 7 days: 80% total room charge
